Ryan Snyder

Ryan is an associate with the Snyder Law Firm. Ryan’s practice focuses on real estate disputes, construction disputes, and insurance matters. Ryan is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including discovery matters, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, and trials.

Ryan graduated from Loyola Law School at the top of his class and began his career at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, focusing on multi-district products liability litigation and business litigation. Ryan then served as a law clerk to the Honorable S. James Otero (Ret.) in the Central District of California, where he gained invaluable experience working on a range of civil matters. 

During law school, Ryan served as the Chief Production Editor of the Loyola of Los
Angeles Law Review, supervising the work of dozens of student editors. Through
Loyola’s pro bono Ninth Circuit Clinic, Ryan assisted in drafting an appellate brief, and
he argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The appellate court reversed the
lower court’s ruling, resulting in a victory for Ryan’s client.

Representative Matters

  • Recovered over $1,000,000 through settlement in a complex real estate fraud case against a real estate broker involving five properties and multiple loan transactions
  • Secured a judgment of over $800,000 after arbitration for the buyer of a residential home against a developer/flipper on construction defect and breach of contract claims
  • Recovered $800,000 in settlement for the buyer against sellers and real estate agents for fraudulent misrepresentations in the purchase of a Lake Arrowhead home
  • Recovered over $500,000 in settlement for the buyer of a commercial property based on fraudulent misrepresentations concerning water intrusion
  • Won a complete victory at trial upholding the validity of the client’s deed of trust in a private real estate loan and fraud dispute, and secured affirmance of the judgment on appeal
  • Obtained complete dismissal of a client property owner from a mechanics lien and related claims brought by a heavy machinery equipment lessor
  • Secured summary judgment for the seller of vacant land in a complex title dispute alleging fraud over easement rights
